Sustainable Aviation Fuel Case Analysis

Dhaka North is a growing metropolis and continues to produce significant solid waste. Please read the article titled "A strategic roadmap for Dhaka's solid waste management" by a retired UN Official, economist, and urban planner Dr. Nawshad Ahmed. Economic analysis of SAF production using municipal waste is a major undertaking by Emran Consulting Ltd. The company is seeking partners in assessment of SAF production facilities in Bangladesh.

Automated Toll Payment System

Emran Consulting Ltd. is proposing and activing seeking to build the technology to support the automation of Tolls at major bridge infrastructure across Bangladesh. The bridges and certain highways still operate without any automated toll payment system in place at the entrance of these toll routes. The consequence is delay in passenger commutes which significantly increases commute times specially during holidays such as Eid. Emran Consulting Ltd. is seeking to gain support of BRTC and various stakeholders to install cameras and automation systems but more imporatantly to strengthen BRTC's mandate in enforcing the payment by issuing notices to registered vehicle owners or face serious consequences such as non-renewals/suspensions of license, etc.

Transportation Infrastructure Planning

Emran Consulting Ltd. is actively proposing and involving stakeholders in the design & build of a new footover in Nikunja-2, Khilkhet to better service the Le Meridien bus stop and the Khilkhet commuters crossing the Airport Road in the capital Dhaka. The company is also assessing a new location for the Garbage Transfer Unit at the west end of Road 18 in Nikunja-2, Khilkhet. Proposals in the form of RFPs/RFQs/MOUs are requested from interested parties working on this project to obtain the NOC from RAJUK and Dhaka North City Corporation. Emran Consulting Ltd. has completed the initial assessment of the Airport Road transporation corridor to include walkways including motorcycle and rickshaw lanes, regular motor and transport vehicles' highway, and the rapid transit LRT/Bus way in the Dhaka Airport vicinity. The company believes that the Dhaka Airport will continue to serve the city and the nation for many more years to come until a new Airport in/around/near Dhaka is built to serve this growing metropolis with the expected demand.
